Return and Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, we give you the opportunity to return or refund the same as follows:
Period of Return and Refund:
You are supposed to take advantage of our return and refund policy within fourteen (14) days commencing from the date where you received the respective item.
Eligibility for Return and Refund:
In order to be eligible for return or refund, you are kindly required to fulfill the following:
- The respective item shall be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
- It shall also be in the original package;
- You have to provide the receipt of purchase.
Exclusions from Return and Refund:
You are not eligible for return or refund in the following cases:
- If we consider, according to our sole discretion, that the respective items have been used and/or is not in the same condition in which it was received;
- If the respective item is not in the original package;
- If you fail to provide the receipt of purchase.
- If the purchased category falls under any of the following categories: Beverages and foodstuffs; Items prepared according to the customer request; Books, magazines, and gift cards.
Without prejudice or limitation to the foregoing, we hereby stress that our Bean products are prepared based on customer instructions, and accordingly; return or refund of the same is not accepted.
Shipping of Items:
Should you require to return or refund any purchased item, you are fully responsible to bring the respective item to our store and/or any place we may determine to you at your own cost.
Refunds:
If your refund request is accepted, we will make a refund according to the original method of payment, so we may transfer the respective amount to the same credit card you used in making the payment.
We appreciate to understand that processing of the refund may take around (14) calendar days.
سياسة الإستبدال والإسترجاع:
إذا لم ينل أى من المنتجات رضائك، فإننا نمنحك فرصة الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع على النحو التالى:
فترة الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع:
يتوجب على العميل الإستفادة من سياسة الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوماً تبدأ من تاريخ إستلامك للمنتج.
الحق فى الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع:
لكى يتمكن العميل من إستبدال أو إسترجاع المنتج، يجب عليه إستيفاء الشروط التالية:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبنفس حالته عند تسليمه إلى العميل؛
- أن يكون المنتج فى غلافه الأصلى؛
- أن يقدم العميل إيصال الشراء.
الإستثناءات من الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع:
لا يجوز للعميل الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع فى الحالات التالية:
- إذا تبين –وفقاً لتقديرنا المطلق- أن المنتج قد تم إستعماله و/أو أن المنتج ليس فى نفس حالته عند التسليم للعميل؛
- إذا كان المنتج غير موضوع فى غلافه الأصلى؛
- إذا لم يقدم العميل إيصال الشراء؛
- إذا كان المنتج يقع تحت أى من الفئات التالية:
- المشروبات والمنتجات الغذائية؛
- المنتجات التى يتم تحضيرها وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل؛
- الكتب، المجلات وكروت الهدايا.
وحيث أنه دون إخلال أو حسر لما تقدم، فإننا نشدد على أن منتجاتنا من البن يتم تحضيرها وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل وبالتالى، لا يمكن أن تكون محل للإستبدال أو الإسترجاع.
شحن المنتجات:
يجب على العميل عند طلب الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع، إحضار المنتج على نفقته إلى مقرنا أو أى مكان نحدده له.
رد المبالغ:
إذا تم قبول طلب العميل بإسترجاع المنتج، فإنه سوف يتم رد المبالغ وفقاً لطريقة الدفع الأصلية عند الشراء، وبالتالى يمكن تحويل المبلغ إلى كرت الإئتمان الذى تم إستخدمه العميل فى الشراء.
ونقدر تفهمك أن عملية رد المبلغ قد تستغرق حوالى أربعة عشر (14) يوماً من تاريخ قبول طلب إسترجاع المنتج.
